Application Process
Step 1: Register on Government Apprenticeship Portals
Before applying, candidates must register on either of the following portals:
- National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS): https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
- National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS): https://nats.education.gov.in
Step 2: Submit Online Application
After registration, candidates should apply through BOB’s apprenticeship portal and complete the payment of applicable fees.
Step 3: Pay the Application Fee
- General/OBC/EWS: ₹800 + GST
- SC/ST/Female Candidates: ₹600 + GST
- PwBD Candidates: ₹400 + GST
The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online.
Selection Process
The selection of apprentices will be based on three stages:
- Online Examination (100 marks, multiple-choice questions covering General Awareness, Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, and English Language).
- Document Verification to confirm eligibility and category claims.
- Local Language Test (exempted if the candidate has studied the language in 10th/12th grade).
Candidates must clear all three stages to secure their place in the program.
Stipend and Benefits
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend based on their place of posting:
- ₹15,000 – Metro/Urban branches
- ₹12,000 – Semi-urban/Rural branches
Additionally, candidates will receive an Apprenticeship Certificate upon successful completion of the training.
