Selection Process
The selection will involve multiple stages, including:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- General Aptitude: English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
- Technical Knowledge: Questions related to the candidate’s diploma discipline.
- Group Discussion/Task & Skill Test (For shortlisted candidates)
- Personal Interview (For final selection)
- Pre-Employment Medical Examination
Salary & Benefits
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month
- Approximate Cost to Company (CTC): ₹10.58 Lakh per annum

Posting & Probation
- Selected candidates will be posted across India in various operational locations.
- Probation Period: 1 year
- A Retention Amount of ₹5,000/month will be deducted for the first six months and refunded upon confirmation.
