Selection Process
The recruitment process includes multiple stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) covering:
- General Aptitude (English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation)
- Technical/Professional Knowledge related to the qualifying diploma
- Group Task/Group Discussion & Skill Test
- Personal Interview
- Pre-Employment Medical Examination & Physical Fitness Test

Salary and Benefits
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month
- Approximate CTC: ₹10.58 lakh per annum (includes base pay, allowances, and performance-related pay)

Placement & Probation

- A retention amount of ₹5,000 per month will be deducted for the first six months, refundable upon confirmation.
