Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Junior Operator (Grade I): Candidates must have completed Matriculation (Class X) and possess a two-year ITI certification in a relevant trade.
- Junior Attendant (Grade I) [PwBD]: Applicants must have completed Higher Secondary (Class XII) with a minimum of 40% marks.
- Junior Business Assistant (Grade III) [PwBD]: Candidates should be graduates in any discipline, with a minimum of 45% marks and basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work Experience Requirements
- Junior Operator (Grade I) and Junior Business Assistant (Grade III) require a minimum of one year of relevant post-qualification work experience.
- Apprentice training undertaken under the Apprentices Act may be considered as work experience upon producing the relevant certification.

- Maximum Age: 26 years (as of January 31, 2025)

Selection Process
The selection process comprises multiple stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): Candidates will be tested on their professional knowledge, numerical ability, reasoning skills, and general awareness.
