About Kudumbashree NRO
KS NRO is recognized by the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India, for providing technical and implementation assistance to State Rural Livelihood Missions (SRLMs) across the country. The organization primarily focuses on two key areas:
- PRI-CBO Convergence, which strengthens the collaboration between Panchayat Raj Institutions (PRIs) and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to improve governance and access to entitlements.
- Enterprise Development, which supports micro-entrepreneurs through Micro Enterprise Consultants (MECs) to create sustainable livelihoods.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a minimum of 60% marks.
- A minimum of three years of experience in the Accounts or Administration department of a reputed organization is required. Experience in government project accounting will be considered an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Tally software is mandatory, along with basic office documentation skills.
- Applicants must have fluency in English, both written and spoken. Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in Hindi.
- The maximum age limit is 30 years, meaning applicants must be born on or after January 1, 1995.
- The selected candidate will receive a monthly consolidated salary of ₹25,000, along with a communication allowance of ₹1,000 per month.
