- Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
- Strong aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Active listening, negotiation, facilitation, and reasoning abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets for the assigned territory.
- Build, lead, and manage the distributor sales team.
- Oversee distributors to ensure product availability in both rural and urban areas.
- Manage General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) distribution channels.
- Identify and appoint new distributors.
- Ensure timely and accurate Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
- Conduct periodic reviews with distributors to assess business progress.
