Eligibility Requirements
For Finance & Accounts Roles:
Candidates must hold a CA or CMA certification with 2 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, banking, or NBFC sectors. The maximum age limit is 32 years as of 15 April 2025.
For Project Roles:
Applicants need a first-class Engineering degree in any discipline combined with a first-class MBA from a reputed institution. They must also have 2 years of post-qualification experience in fields like project appraisal, investment promotion, civil construction, or related areas.
Salary:
The pre-revised pay scale ranges from ₹45,800 to ₹89,000, with incremental raises. Additional benefits include DA, HRA, CPF/NPS, medical reimbursement, and other allowances as per KSIDC rules.
