Language Required | · The candidate must have N5 Japanese language proficiency before joining the employer in Japan · Japanese language education will be provided during working hours. (3-4 hours/day x 5-6 months) |

Steps after boarding in Japan | · In the first year after joining, employees will undergo OJT (On the Job Training) to become proficient in their duties (learning the job while being trained by senior employees). · After obtaining a Level 2 Automobile Mechanic certification (national license of Japan), there is a possibility of being appointed as a maintenance supervisor, though it also depends on the candidate’s overall performance and customer satisfaction etc. · Candidates will also be learning N4 Japanese language level once he/she joins the Company, for which entire expenses will be incurred by the employer. However, they must have proficiency of N5 level in India before they reach Japan. |
