Job Description:
Enough general and technical skills and abilities to enable the management of the Automatic Control systems including the BMS.
Completing Technical & Fabric repairs (i.e., replace door closers, hinges, handles, ceiling tiles replacement, painting, change light bulbs, minor leaks and drain blocks etc.)
- Operating and controlling HVAC devices to Maintained overall building temperature.
- Operating and controlling Lighting control system.
- Daily inspections in the equipment/ facilities (e.g., Firefighting panels, Booster pumps, HVAC system, Electrical materials and Plumbing system) in the school
- Report every defect/finding and any abnormal conditions to supervisor (MEP Civil and HSE issue)
- Regular interaction with the Client to make sure that the work being done meets the standard of the client.
- Regular Follow-up with Specialist Service providers for their reactive and PPM task.
- Knowledge in CAFM system to Attend Contain and fix the task as per the SLA.
- Knowledge of MEP system (Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Plumbing, Chiller, Access control, Lighting control, BMS, etc.)
- Maintain the material consumption form on a daily basis and inform the supervisor if new material is required
- MEP store handling involves updating material inventory as per the minimum quantity on the given stock list.
